After graduating from South Dakota State University, Troy and his wife, Shauna, moved to Sioux Falls in 1988. They have four children. Troy enjoys time with his family, fishing, the outdoors, and all sports. He is active as a Board Member and Committee Chair at Volunteers of America and serves at his church.

Ann was born and raised in South Dakota. Her family includes her husband, Brian; their three awesome kids, Emma, Ben and Will; plus one adorable puppy, Lola. Brian serves full time in the U.S. Army and their kids are involved in many groups and activities throughout the year.
